International Activity

International activity of Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping is aimed at maintaining the high status of maritime and inland shipping education of the Russian Federation, promoting Russian scientific and educational activity at the international level, implementing skills, expertise and the latest technologies of the international maritime community.

International Relations Department  is the main administrative unit of Admiral Makarov SUMIS, organizing and coordinating international activity between the University units and international institutions and companies.

The results of the University international activity depend both on the competent management and coordinated work of each professor, executer or student. The academic staff of the University research chairs, faculties and training centers contribute greatly to the development and enhancement of the University international cooperation.
